And if you’re here because someone else thinks therapy is a good idea… I get it. You don’t have to pretend or perform. You can say what’s really on your mind or not know what to say at all. We’ll start there. Just come as you are.
What we’ll do together:
Talk about what’s actually going on and not just the surface stuff
Make space for the things that feel confusing, heavy, or hard to say out loud
Build tools to handle stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions
Try new ways of responding to situations so you feel more in control
Use humor, honesty, and real conversation—because therapy doesn’t have to feel awkward or scripted

It’s about helping you handle hard things like your thoughts or emotions, friendships, family stuff, and figuring out who you are.
